L'hotel si trova in una posizione ideale, vicino al campo da golf e alle principali autostrade, che lo rende comodo per spostarsi e organizzare visite nella zona. Inoltre, è molto vicino a Gardaland, perfetto per chi viaggia con bambini. La stanza era spaziosa e accogliente, con molti spazi di appoggio e armadi. La colazione era buona e il personale alla reception era gentile e disponibile.La struttura era immersa nel verde e le piscine erano molto belle, perfette per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di lavoro o di visite turistiche.La presenza dello shuttle per raggiungere il centro di Peschiera era un vantaggio, anche se sarebbe stato ancora meglio se fosse stato disponibile tutto il giorno.
C'è stata una mancanza di comunicazione nel hotel. Sia la telefonata in reception che la prenotazione richiedevano vari tentativi per ottenere risposta.
